TLS und Authentifizierung (SCRAM) sind Standardbestandteile von Google Cloud. Die an die Datenbank gesendeten Daten (bei der \u00dcbertragung) werden mit TLS verschl\u00fcsselt. Die Verschl\u00fcsselung von Daten im Ruhezustand erfolgt automatisch \u00fcber die transparente Festplattenverschl\u00fcsselung von Google Cloud Platform, die Advanced Encryption Standards (AES-256) verwendet. <\/p>
