Over the past few months we have made several improvements to Learned. In this update you will find an overview of the most important new features that are now available.
Renewed home page and background
Learned’s home page has received a major update. With more options right from the home page, you’ll find what you need faster and have to click less.
As of now, you can include:

direct click through to your next 1:1 or evaluation interview

see at a glance whether next steps are open or new insights are ready to be gained
-
view your goals or create a new goal right from the homepage
In addition to these functional improvements, the background throughout the platform has been updated to better match the organization’s corporate identity.

Recording calls via the mobile app
In the mobile app it is now possible to record 1:1’s and evaluation conversations and have them summarized. This is especially useful for conversations on the go or when you want to record everything right away after the meeting.
By automatically recording conversations and having AI summarize them, valuable insights are not lost. You have less to write with and can keep your attention on the conversation while Learned captures the key points.
This option is available to organizations using the Expert AI package.
New HRIS integrations.
In addition to existing HRIS integrations, it is now also possible to link Learned with BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors. This allows you to easily import and synchronize data from your personnel administration system.
