Personal Customer Success Manager
You will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to guide you from kick-off to adoption. One point of contact for all your questions, guidance and progress.
Personalised project plan
Together we draw up a plan that fits your goals, HR cycle and organisational culture. That way everyone knows where they stand.
Training for HR, executives and employees
Each target group receives appropriate training: short, practical and tailored to their role. In this way, we ensure a flying start and adoption throughout the organisation.
Live within 1 to 3 months
You will be live within 1-3 months, with only ±16 hours of commitment from the HR team. Together with your Customer Success Manager, you will work on a customised implementation plan in which we put our platform in phases. For each phase, we set goals and divide action items. In addition, we provide trainings for HR, executives and employees so everyone can get up and running with Learned smoothly.
