After each round, we evaluate with managers whether the job profiles are still correct. We incorporate adjustments directly into the platform so that expectations are always current and measurable.
Support for executives
We monitor the use of the platform and provide managers with targeted support. Think practical guidance, intervision sessions, and content tips that will help them have better conversations.
Analysis and reporting
After each round of evaluation, we analyze the results together. What stands out? Where is adjustment needed? In this way we translate insights into concrete actions for teams, managers and organisation-wide policy.
Strategic workforce planning
In sessions with executives, we visually map performance, potential and culture fit using the 9-grid model. Based on this, we determine targeted follow-up steps for each team or employee.
Your permanent Performance Specialist
Every month you work with an experienced specialist who gets to know your organisation through and through. He or she is your sparring partner on an operational and strategic level and is available within the agreed number of hours.
