March product update: new features and improvements in Learned

In this release note you will find an overview of the new features and improvements we have made available in Learned 3.0.

Multi-select in the Goal module

With this update, it is possible to select multiple goals at once and perform an action on them. This allows you to work faster and easily perform bulk actions within the Goals module.

You can now include:

  • Edit, archive, de-archive or delete multiple targets simultaneously.
  • Change the privacy setting or subtype at once.

Additional email notifications

In addition to optimizations in the platform, improvements have also been made to email notifications. From now on, Learned will send out additional emails so coaches and staff are more quickly informed of important updates.

For coaches

  • An email when an employee disagrees with the review.
  • A notification when another coach has shared the report.

For employees

  • Upon completion of an evaluation, an email with the evaluation report attached.
  • Updates when the time or date of a call is updated.
  • A notification when input from a coach or colleagues is added to the report.

Goals

What else did we add?

In addition to the above updates, several improvements have been made:

  • Previous answers are further expanded: you see not only the previous score, but also the textual explanation of that score.
  • The summary in evaluations is now also available in the mobile app. In addition, you can also add attachments through the mobile app.
  • Additional validations when creating an evaluation round so you can identify problems faster.

Next release

Among the improvements planned in the next release are these:

  • Sidebar with information about an employee’s career, goals and evaluations is added to 1:1 conversations.
  • The notepad is added to the sidebar so that notes can be quickly viewed and tracked.

To complement our training program for Admins, we are introducing Q&A sessions. Want to spar as an Admin on how to use Learned even more effectively? Join us for our biweekly Q&A session. The Customer Success team loves to think about:

  • Setting your standard correctly.
  • Optimization of your evaluation process.
  • Proper interpretation and effective follow-up of reporting results.

The sessions last 60 minutes. You will not only get answers to your own question, but also learn from the experiences of other Learned Admins. Whether you are just starting out or already experienced: you are welcome.
