In this release note you will find an overview of the new features we have made available in Learned 3.0.
Text editing with AI in evaluations
More and more AI functionalities are being added to the platform. In this release, text editing using AI is available within evaluations. With this, you can easily have your answers rephrased or adjust the tone using AI.
Among other things, this helps to:
Save time in preparing for evaluations.
Changing the tone of your answer.
Use translation, or check your text for spelling and grammar.

Add comments to target updates
When updating a goal, it is now possible to add a comment. This way you keep better track of what you have done to make progress on a goal. All comments are visible in the goal under the Updates tab and can also be seen via the sidebar in evaluations.
Advantages:
Easily keep track of the steps you took to reach your goal.
Use your observations when preparing evaluations.
Sending manual reminders (for Admin)
Within an ongoing interview cycle, it is possible to send manual reminders for various open tasks. Thus, in addition to automatic task notifications, you can send employees and managers additional reminders to complete an open task.
This makes it easier to:
Remind colleagues of open tasks for review meetings.
To target higher completion rates in an evaluation cycle.
What else did we add?
In addition to the above updates, several improvements have been made:
Job profiles can now also be exported as PDFs.
Additional system languages have been added. In addition to Dutch and English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish are now available.
In the mobile app, goals can now be accessed and updated while preparing for an evaluation.
Add specific labels to job profiles or employees for filtering in reports.

The notepad is added to the mobile app.
Automatic completion of evaluations based on notes and previous responses.
Personal goal setting using AI.
