This sidebar you can open and close and <strong>helps prepare and discuss<\/strong> your 1:1 meeting, for example, around your goals. <\/p> <p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"505\">The sidebar offers:<\/p> <ul> <li data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"593\">Instant access to your job profile and ambition, goals, evaluations and notebook.<\/li> <li data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"593\">Insight during the call, without having to switch screens.<\/li> <li data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"593\">Visibility only in 1:1 conversations that are about you.<\/li> <\/ul> <p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"785\"><strong><br \/> Learn more about the sidebar? It allows you to more easily <strong>take personal notes and record feedback or compliments<\/strong>, both for yourself and colleagues. <\/p> <p data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1033\">The notepad is useful for:<\/p> <ul> <li data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1144\">Gather insights throughout the year and use them later for coaching or peer feedback, for example.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1144\">Notes found directly in the sidebar at evaluations and 1:1 meetings.<\/li> <\/ul> <p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1286\"><strong><br \/> More information about the notebook? Then read <a href=\"https:\/\/intercom.help\/learned\/nl\/articles\/11079215-aan-de-slag-met-inzichten\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this article<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p> <h2 data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1328\"><\/h2> <h2 data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1328\">What else did we add?<\/h2> <p data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1404\">In addition to the above updates, several improvements have been made:<\/p> <ul> <li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1552\">Previous answers are further expanded: you not only see the score from the previous time when preparing, but <strong>also back in the report<\/strong>.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1552\">A <strong>CSV export functionality<\/strong> has been added to better manage participation in evaluation cycles.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1552\"><strong>Competencies are now sorted<\/strong> by job profile when preparing your evaluation and in the report.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2 data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1805\"><\/h2> <h2 data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1805\">Next release<\/h2> <p data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1883\">Among the improvements planned in the next release are these:<\/p> <ul> <li data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1982\"><strong>Manual reminders<\/strong> in review cycles, to further drive task completion.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1982\">Addition of our <strong>AI editor<\/strong> that helps coaches improve answers (e.g. adjust tone) and save time in preparation.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1982\">The mobile app also gets the <strong>sidebar<\/strong> at evaluations and 1:1 meetings.<\/li> <\/ul> <p data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2127\"> <h2 data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2236\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14322801\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.learned.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/email-banner-A-3.png\" alt=\"calendar\" width=\"946\" height=\"278\"><\/h2> <h2 data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2236\"><\/h2> <h2 data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2236\">Fortnightly Q&amp;A sessions<\/h2> <p data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2488\">To complement our training program for Admins, we are introducing Q&amp;A sessions.
