In this release, <strong>text editing using AI<\/strong> is available within evaluations. This way you keep better track of what you have done to make progress on a goal. All comments are visible in the goal under the <strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1076\">Updates<\/strong> tab and can also be seen via the sidebar in evaluations.  <\/p> <p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1144\">Advantages:<\/p> <ul> <li data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1144\">Easily keep track of the steps you took to reach your goal.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1144\">Use your observations when preparing evaluations.<\/li> <\/ul> <p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1282\"> <h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14322610\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.learned.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/unnamed.png\" alt=\"reminder\" width=\"998\" height=\"68\"><\/h2> <h2><\/h2> <h2>Sending manual reminders (for Admin)<\/h2> <p data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1591\">Within an ongoing interview cycle, it is possible to send <strong>manual reminders<\/strong> for various open tasks. Thus, in addition to automatic task notifications, you can send employees and managers additional reminders to complete an open task. <\/p> <p data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1622\">This makes it easier to:<\/p> <ul> <li data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1697\"><strong>Remind<\/strong> colleagues of open tasks for review meetings.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1697\">To target higher <strong>completion rates<\/strong> in an evaluation cycle.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2 data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1808\"><\/h2> <h2 data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1808\">What else did we add?<\/h2> <p data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1884\">In addition to the above updates, several improvements have been made:<\/p> <ul> <li data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1949\">Job profiles can now also be exported as <strong>PDFs<\/strong>.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1949\">Additional <strong>system languages<\/strong> have been added. In addition to Dutch and English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish are now available. <\/li> <li data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1949\">In the mobile app, <strong>goals<\/strong> can now be accessed and updated while preparing for an evaluation.<\/li> <li data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1949\">Add <strong>specific labels<\/strong> to job profiles or employees for filtering in reports.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2 data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2322\"><\/h2> <h2 data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2322\">Next release<\/h2> <p data-start=\"2324\" data-end=\"2400\">Among the improvements planned in the next release are these:<\/p> <ul> <li data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2458\">The <strong>notepad<\/strong> is added to the mobile app.<\/li> <li data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2458\"><strong>Automatic completion<\/strong> of evaluations based on notes and previous responses.<\/li> <li data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2458\">Personal goal setting using <strong>AI<\/strong>.<\/li> <li data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2458\">AI <strong>tips &amp; tricks<\/strong> for managers in preparing for evaluation interviews.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2><\/h2> <h2>Fortnightly Q&amp;A sessions<\/h2> <p data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2923\">To complement our training program for Admins, we also host Q&amp;A sessions.
